Retired physician Aldona Wos and Pioneer James Culbertson headed George W. Bush’s 2004 fundraising efforts in North Carolina. After Wos organized an exhibit on Polish “Christian Holocaust Survivors,” President Bush appointed Wos to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council in 2002 and invited her to a state dinner with Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski. President Bush also attended a 2002 Greensboro fundraiser that Wos and her husband hosted to raise almost $1 million for U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Dole. Spouse Louis DeJoy is the CEO of New Breed, Inc. New Breed is a supply-chain management company that helps clients with inventories, order tracking, distribution and credit card processing. New Breed has enjoyed major federal contracts, operating four U.S. Postal equipment service centers around the country.
