Nevares is the managing partner of this Puerto Rican law firm. He specializes in construction, insurance, estate, tort, banking and mergers-and-acquisitions law. He lectures on construction litigation and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. Nevares is an alternate for the 2000 Republican National Convention for the Republican Party of Puerto Rico. This party is still dominated by Honorary President Luis A.
